Our Team

Olena Osika

Founder & Executive Director 

Olena Osika was born and grown in Ukraine. She graduated from Kryvorizkyi Music College in 1997 and obtained Junior Specialist Diploma of Musical Art; chamber ensemble performer; accompanist and piano teacher. In 2002 Ms. Olena graduated from Kharkov State Academy of Culture and obtained Master degree in Social Pedagogue. She started her professional career in 1998 and was working as a piano teacher and accompanist for four years in a Music School, Ukraine. From 2003 Ms. Olena started her piano and music teaching career in the Kingdom of Bahrain, she worked in many music Schools across the island.

Apart from being a piano teacher Ms. Olena discovered a new passion and from 2004 she started to work as a general music teacher in QUALITY EDUCATION SCHOOL, from 2005 in INFANT SCHOOL and from 2007 till 2016 in SHAIKHA HESSA GIRL’S SCHOOL.  She was developing music curriculum and teaching material for music classes, integrating cooperative learning activities and multicultural lessons to raise class participation levels, demonstrate cultural diversity in music, and enhance students’ academic and social skills.

Desiring to help music students, Ms. Olena initially started Harmony Music Center in 2009 assisting students all over Bahrain to achieve their music dream. 

Olha Kochura

Managing Director & Piano Teacher

Olha Kochura was born and grown in Ukraine. She graduated S.S. Hulak-Artemovsky Music College (2010) and continued her higher music education in I.P. Kotlyarevsky University of Arts in Kharkov, where she possessed Master's Degree (2015, Diploma with honor) and obtained qualifications "accompanist, chamber ensemble performer, teacher of a higher school institution (piano), researcher". 

She started her professional career in 2010 and was working as a piano teacher and accompanist in Specialized Music Boarding School and different music schools in Kharkov and was working as a head of pedagogical practice department at University of Arts (2010-2016). 

Olha start her career at HMC as a piano teacher in 2016, from September 2018 she been appointed Managing Director of HMC.  

Volha Baranok

Violin, Piano & Music Theory Teacher
Volha was born and raised in Belarus. She studied and graduated from Belorussian State University of Culture and Arts specializing in Violin and Piano. Her professional career took off in 2011. She has taught in a number of schools in Belarus and Turkey as well as performed various number of shows in and out of Belarus.

Ryan John

Drum Teacher & Social Media Editor
Ryan John was born and brought up in Bahrain and started playing the drums at the age of 11. Ryan's higher education was completed at Cameron University in Lawton Oklahoma, during which he was awarded a number of certificates for his achievements as a solo artist as well as various awards for his performances with the university's Jazz and Percussion ensemble. Ryan has been in a number of bands and has 17 years of live concert experience in and out of Bahrain including most of the Arab Nations and North America. Ryan Currently performs with one of Bahrain's pioneering Metal bands "Lunacyst".

Natalia Kashyrtseva

Piano & Vocal Teacher
Natalia was born and raised in Ukraine, she graduated and achieved her Masters Diploma from Kharkov National University of Arts. During her education period she got diverse experience in different music activities, such as singing in a church choir, performing in a numerous ensembles, jazz band, also Natalia gave solo concerts. She is a laureate of International Festival of Slavic and Ukrainian music (Ukraine, 2013).  As for her performing experience - she was an artist in duo "Brevis", Jazz-band "Soli club" and in different academic ensembles. Natalia has over 10 years of teaching experience, having worked in Elementary music schools as a teacher and accompanist.

Kateryna Aziukovska

Piano Teacher

Katya was born and grown up in Ukraine. In 2017 she completed the full course of Kharkov National I.P. Kotlyarevsky University of Arts and obtained qualifications: Specialist Degree, Program Subject Area “Music”. Professional qualifications: chamber ensemble performer, accompanist, teacher (piano).

Her professional career began in 2012. She worked as a piano teacher and accompanist in a Music School. Since 2014, she started working as Musical Director in different Kindergartens in Kiev, Ukraine. In addition, she was working in Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine as a supervisor in department of Music Foundation, for four years.

Susan Corpuz

School Administrator, Secretary
Jesusa Corpuz was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a graduate of Two Year Computer Secretarial Course in Southeast Asian College, Inc. After graduation, Jesusa started her career as a Sales Clerk in one of the leading shopping mall in the Philippines and later changed her job to Vision Credit & Collection Services as a Collection Officer for 5 years until she decided to work overseas. Jesusa had worked in Alwatani Manpower Agency in Bahran for 6 years where she developed her skills as an effective and efficient secretary. Then later find another employment at Harmony Music Center from May 2014 up to present.

Ismail Nasfi

Accountant & Marketing Specialist

Ismail Nasfi was born in Mangalore, India. He got his Master’s degree in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION being MARKETING and FINANCE as his subjects from Visveswaraya Technological University (VTU). He has a handy professional experience in Marketing and Finance Field for the past 2 years in India & Bahrain.

Ekaterina Terekova

Piano Teacher
Terekova Ekaterina was born and raised in Russia. She's been playing the piano for 20 years. She received Higher musical education in Kazan state Conservatory, where she possessed Master's Degree in 2018, Diploma with honor, and obtained qualifications "accompanist, chamber ensemble performer, teacher of a higher school institution piano, researcher". She began her career in 2013, worked as a piano teacher at a children's music school, and was engaged in private teaching. Since 2015, she worked at the Kazan Conservatory as a concertmaster in the vocal class, piano teacher. Throughout her creative life she was active in concert and performance solo, as part of instrumental ensembles and as a concertmaster. She has a number of articles devoted to pedagogical and performing activities.

Oksana Ivanets

Vocal, Piano & Music Theory Teacher
Oksana was born and raised in Ukraine. She graduated Zaporojie Music college and Kharkiv National University of Arts as a choral conductor. During her education period she got diverse experience in different music activities, such as singing in academic choir of Kharkiv Philharmonic in 2013-2016, singing in church choir. As a member of this choir she got concerts in Spain, Italy, Portugal and other Europe countries. Oksana started her teaching career in 2016 in Lviv where she worked as a vocal and piano teacher. She had different performances as a choir member in Poland.
