The academic year is divided into three terms

Term 1 September 1 - January 31
Term 2 February 1 - June 30
Summer term July 1 - August 31

 All enrolments are booked on a yearly basis. Re-enrolment occurs each year for the following year.
 Students’ lesson times are permanent for the full term/month unless the instructor has an available opening in the schedule.
 All classes should be attended within a payment period.
